SERVICE TO MEMBERS

The six (6) members of this Committee administer the Local's Members' Benefit Fund, organize seminars such as retirement and financial planning and regular, monthly sessions for teachers on disability leave. It undertakes investigations or studies of matters related to pensions, group insurance, or other aspects of employee welfare. The Committee reports on these issues, through the Executive Committee, to Council or to other committees of the Local. The Committee meets five to six times per year and as the need arises.
