Educational Issues Committee a. Membership The
Educational Issues Committee shall consist of one (1) Divisional
Representative appointed by Executive and four (4) members elected
by the Council of School Representatives and the Past President
serving as the Chair of the Committee. This committee shall investigate, report and/or make recommendations, through the Executive, on education matters which are referred to it or which the committee deems to be of importance. c. Meetings This committee shall meet at least five (5) times in each school year. Notices of meetings shall be given at least three (3) days prior to the meeting to all members except that, in special circumstances, shorter notice may be given. d. Quorum The quorum of this committee shall be three (3) of the voting members.
